Para unos, el valor de una marca reside precisamente en su homogeneidad: misma imagen, mismos productos, misma experiencia de cliente. Para otros, replicar sin matices es una receta para el estancamiento, especialmente cuando los consumidores evolucionan y los contextos cambian.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar de que la homogeneidad y la estandarizaci\u00f3n son caracter\u00edsticas centrales y parte fundamental en la idiosincrasia de una franquicia, esta realidad convive con <strong>modelos que presentan alternativas<\/strong> a la hora de entender la relaci\u00f3n entre central y franquiciado. Desde un enfoque de mayor libertad o capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n, hasta un esquema cerrado con m\u00ednimo margen de maniobra, pasando por modelos intermedios que buscan el equilibrio entre coherencia y adaptaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4093aeb8eebe7fa534cc895c03fb2505\">Coherencia y unificaci\u00f3n de la marca con margen para adaptaciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con una red en expansi\u00f3n y una <a href=\"https:\/\/feb26.lexpress-franchise.com\/es\/articulos\/la-marca-como-establecer-estandares-y-como-mantenerlos-en-la-red-de-franquicias\/\">imagen de marca<\/a> cuidada, la cafeter\u00eda-pasteler\u00eda de origen valenciano Liaopastel presenta un modelo estructurado con cierto margen de flexibilidad controlada. Hoy, m\u00e1s que nunca, eso influye en la percepci\u00f3n del cliente&#8221;, afirma Jim\u00e9nez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, <strong>s\u00ed existen zonas de libertad<\/strong>: los franquiciados pueden proponer campa\u00f1as de marketing local, modificar horarios, o incluir hasta un 10% del surtido adaptado al p\u00fablico y el contexto. &#8220;Hemos aceptado desde jardines verticales hasta acuerdos con <em>hostels<\/em> en zonas tur\u00edsticas para ofrecer desayunos. Algunas de las ideas vienen de ellos, pero todo pasa por un canal formal y una <strong>validaci\u00f3n centralizada<\/strong>&#8220;, explica el responsable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El enfoque de Liaopastel busca <strong>asegurar la coherencia de marca<\/strong> sin cerrar completamente la puerta a la participaci\u00f3n del franquiciado. La empresa establece l\u00edmites claros en elementos fundamentales de la marca, pero tambi\u00e9n reconoce el valor de quienes est\u00e1n en contacto directo con el cliente. Jim\u00e9nez lo resume con una frase que refleja esa tensi\u00f3n: &#8220;El sistema funciona cuando el franquiciado se siente parte y con escucha activa fomentamos ese sentimiento de pertenencia. Pero <strong>tampoco se puede abrir la mano sin control<\/strong>, porque lo que funciona en una tienda puede desvirtuar la marca si se replica sin criterio&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-72042dbb804fd663ed36fbf53704d832\">La flexibilidad de marca como ventaja competitiva<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde otra perspectiva, la red internacional de agencias inmobiliarias <strong>Realtyplus<\/strong> defiende abiertamente un enfoque flexible. &#8220;Damos libertad a los franquiciados para <strong>adaptar elementos como el nombre comercial o la imagen corporativa<\/strong>, siempre que mantengan nuestros est\u00e1ndares de calidad y profesionalidad&#8221;, explica su <strong>CEO, Alberto Murcia<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ejemplo de ello es que permiten a inmobiliarias ya existentes y posicionadas en su mercado mantener la identidad conservando el nombre e imagen corporativa, en una estrategia que no solo apuesta por empezar de cero desde la propia franquicia sino que reconoce a emprendedores con trayectoria y conocimiento del terreno. Murcia reconoce que esta f\u00f3rmula \u201cpermite que profesionales consolidados en su zona puedan aprovechar nuestras herramientas, formaci\u00f3n y soporte, <strong>sin renunciar a su identidad local<\/strong>. Un modelo especialmente \u00fatil en sectores como el inmobiliario, donde la confianza personal del agente es una parte clave del negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b29a8157a0faec12e0927bc916da0bbe\">Control de marca sin acompa\u00f1amiento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En otras ocasiones, el control de la marca no solo limita la autonom\u00eda del franquiciado, sino que <strong>tampoco va acompa\u00f1ado de apoyo o actualizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que permitan al local y su personal incrementar la vinculaci\u00f3n con la franquicia o mejorar el rendimiento del negocio para la marca.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;No puedo cambiar nada: ni los muebles, ni los colores, ni los m\u00e9todos. Pero <strong>tampoco hay seguimiento real<\/strong>. A veces mandan instrucciones gen\u00e9ricas, otras te eval\u00faan de inc\u00f3gnito. Es un modelo cerrado, pero sin acompa\u00f1amiento&#8221;, explica una <strong>franquiciada de Naturhouse<\/strong> que prefiere mantenerse en el anonimato, con una experiencia que apunta a un<strong> sistema r\u00edgido<\/strong> en la conocida franquicia de diet\u00e9tica y nutrici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo que m\u00e1s le preocupa, sin embargo, no es la est\u00e9tica de marca sino la falta de evoluci\u00f3n: &#8220;<strong>La marca sigue centrada en un perfil de cliente anticuado<\/strong>, pero mi clientela es mucho m\u00e1s diversa y se ha ido renovando con los a\u00f1os.
