Este valor que el franquiciado recibe a cambio de su <strong>inversi\u00f3n<\/strong> se sustenta sobre un tridente fundamental:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Marca comercial<\/strong>: se considera como el &#8220;n\u00facleo&#8221; de la franquicia, es el activo m\u00e1s visible que genera una conexi\u00f3n de confianza con los consumidores y proporciona un reconocimiento instant\u00e1neo.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saber hacer (<em>know-how<\/em> )<\/strong>: es el conocimiento pr\u00e1ctico, en ocasiones confidencial y no patentado, que el franquiciador transfiere. Incluye procedimientos operativos, m\u00e9todos de producci\u00f3n, recetas secretas y t\u00e9cnicas de servicio al cliente, todo sistematizado en detallados &#8220;manuales de operaciones&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Asistencia y formaci\u00f3n continua<\/strong>: uno de los beneficios m\u00e1s tangibles.
