Conditions:

– Exclusive use of the Monoprix and Monop’ brand names and trademarks granted in return for a territorial development plan.

– The franchisor acts as a wholesaler to centralise purchases, for part of the range for national brands and 100% for Monoprix distributor brands.

– Incoterm: FCA

– Duration: 5 years

– Non-competition with an entity carrying on the same activity
