Created by Thierry, a passionate cook, and his wife Chrystelle, author of a cookbook, their adventure began in 2015 in the Basque country with the first unit opening in Anglet.
The Kokoko Rôtisserie concept is based on a simple credo: combine authentic flavors with the quality of local products. Kokoko Rôtisserie concocts tasty recipes from basic foods such as poultry, pork, lamb and potatoes, to create a beautiful table full of tasty dishes that respond to the idea of “eating well” and “living well”.

Kokoko Rôtisserie responds to consumers’ pressing demand for good-quality, healthy, fresh products, prepared on the premises and featuring local produce. It’s a union of tradition and culinary innovation. Inspired by flavors from around the world, this is a revisiting of the traditional rotisserie to offer a new taste experience.

Since their 1st year of operation, the Kokoko Rôtisserie brand, launched in 2019, has been deeply attached to the culinary roots of the regions while embracing the creativity and audacity of contemporary cuisine. In 2024, Thierry and Chrystelle continue to develop Kokoko Rôtisserie, with business growing steadily.
